1. Personal & Recreational Use
PlyTurn is designed as a digital scorekeeper, turn manager, and match tracker for casual and competitive table tennis, badminton, card games, and board games. It is provided for personal recreational use.
2. Local Data Responsibility
PlyTurn operates under a local-first architecture where data is stored directly on your physical device. You acknowledge that clearing app data, uninstalling the app, or resetting your device without backups will permanently delete your stored match logs and player rosters.
3. Intellectual Property
You are not permitted to copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of PlyTurn or any part of the app or its trademarks. All trademarks, copyrights, visual design tokens, and scoring algorithms remain the intellectual property of the developer.
4. Game Rules & Third-Party Presets
Game names and standard tournament scoring structures (such as Table Tennis / ITTF, Badminton / BWF, Uno, Scrabble, or Rummy) are referenced strictly for descriptive and compatibility purposes to assist players with familiar rules. PlyTurn is an independent scorekeeper not affiliated with or endorsed by the trademark holders of commercial board or card games.
5. Updates & Changes
I may revise these Terms of Use periodically to reflect new features or platform requirements. The updated terms will always be published on this page with an updated revision date.
